What triggers your movements?
I have many triggers for my movements. Anything that can stimulate my Intense Imagery Movements IIM can range from watching a movie, reading a book, listening to music, to even a conversation I have with a friend. Reading also triggers my movements because they often help me think while I am reading. The movements that occur while I am reading or thinking of ideas (school projects, possible creative writing projects, etc.) are not the same as my IIM.

Either high energy emotion or complex thought. High energy emotion typically being excitement, frustration, or stress, though it can be another emotion. Thought based triggers are things like 3D visualization, proofreading, or concentrating on a purely mental task. It can also be triggered by Intense Imagery Movements (IIM) which is basically vivid imaginary worlds/scenes/stories palying in my head.

Thinking about how things could be in the future. This is usually triggered by working on a project (I'll think about how it will be when I'm done), reading a book or watching TV, and making up new stories for the characters, or seeing a random object and either imagining how it could be used for a project (I see a vase and think about how it could be thrown to the floor in a dramtic film moment), or imagining that I am someone related to that object (I see a toy ship and imagine being a pirate).
