What is CMS? What is IIM?Complex Motor Sterotypies (CMS) are repetetive movements, usually involving the arms and hands, that happen without concious thought from the person doing them.

Who are We?
We are people with CMS. A group of adults and teens who have an insider's perspective of what having CMS is actually like, and want to help educate others about it.
