Intense Imagery Movements (IIM) is a subclass of CMS characterised by vivid imaginary pictures or scenes that occur along with the stereotypy. It is typically very immersive and can feel like being inside a movie. People with IIM still can have CMS triggered by other things, such as emotions, and don’t necessarily have IIM every time the stereotypy occurs. Not all people with CMS have IIM
